Founded in 2018, they have experienced steady growth, soon to be operating from 6 locations across London. They also offer businesses the option to tailor these spaces to meet individual needs, resulting in unique and customisable working environments.

Unity recognised the importance of offering high-quality coffee to their clients as part of their premium amenities. Ensuring an uninterrupted supply of quality coffee was essential for maintaining the satisfaction of their clients, upholding the quality of their service, and supporting their mission of creating productive and inspiring workspaces.

HOW DID THE OFFICE COFFEE COMPANY HELP?

The Office Coffee Company stepped in to provide Unity with high-quality coffee machines alongside a reliable supply of coffee. They began by thoroughly assessing Unity’s specific needs and used their expertise to recommend the ideal machines for their purposes. They also collaborated with Unity to select beans to match their clients’ tastes. The chosen brand, Puro, is a premium Fairtrade-certified coffee that supports the creation of rainforest reserves in coffee-producing countries.

Since partnering with Unity in 2019, the Office Coffee Company has guaranteed that every new office space opened by Unity is equipped with at least one Office Coffee coffee machine. This has now led to the installation of a total of nine coffee machines across Unity’s three offices, ensuring a consistent supply of freshly brewed coffee for all employees and visitors.

COFFEE TASTING SESSIONS

The Office Coffee Company provides prospective clients with an exclusive opportunity to participate in coffee-tasting sessions. These sessions allow clients to see the machines in action, and sample a variety of coffee flavours. This initiative not only showcases the performance of the machines, but also assists clients, such as Unity, in selecting the most suitable coffee beans for their preferences.

This service is even extended to existing customers who are considering changing their bean selection. For instance, Unity was given the opportunity to try out a granulated oat milk powder. The positive reception of this alternative led to its incorporation in some of their machines alongside their standard dairy milk offerings.
